Gujarat Giants (GUJ-W) Preview
Gujarat Giants after a bad start to the tournament in their last opening game, lost their last game against UP Warriors in a closely contested match. Giants scored 169 runs batting 1st and were in great position to win the game. They picked up early wickets and troubled the UP Warriors team. With the match heading to the last three overs with UP needing 54 runs. Grace Harris onslaught in the last three overs turned the game in favor of UP Warriors and they went onto win the game with one ball to spare.
Gujarat are in a lot of trouble early in the tournament with two back to back losses. Their captain Beth Mooney is expected to be back for the next game against RCB-W on Wednesday. Kim Garth’s bowling against UP Warriors is a positive sign.
The main struggle for the Giants has been their batting. Their openers failed to provide good starts. Ashleigh Gardner is yet to fire with the bat in the tournament. Harleen Deol found some form in her last game. Annabel Sutherland has not lived up to her expectations with both bat and ball.

Royal Challengers Women (RCB-W) Preview
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB-W) were a strong side on paper and were the favorites before the tournament began. RCB-w got a lot of problems to solve and sort out before it becomes way to late. Their lack of depth in bowling has hurt them in their first two games.
Their bowlers were taken to the cleaners in the game against Delhi Capitals Women and the assault from the opponent teams continued against Mumbai Indians. Preeti Bose is the only bowler to have bowled economically in both the matches and troubled the opponent batsmen.
Sophie Devine, Elyse Perry & Heather Knight have not lived up to their standards which is effecting the team a lot. There could some forcible changes in the game against Gujarat Giants.
South African international Dane van Niekerk could be in the playing XI for out of form Sophie Devine. Erin Burns could replace Heather Knight. Their batting order has been inconsistent.
