List Of Oldest Players In December 23 IPL Mini-Auction
Amit Mishra – 40 Years
Amit Mishra is the oldest participant in the IPL 2023 mini-auction. The 40-year-old spin bowler has 173 IPL wickets. Mishra has played for the Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Delhi Daredevils/Capitals since 2008. Delhi Capitals released Mishra this year in preparation for the 2022 IPL mega-auction. Mishra, the only player with three IPL hat-tricks, has set his introductory price at INR 50 lakh in the IPL mini auction.
Mohammad Nabi – 37

After sitting on the bench for the whole season with the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL), former Afghanistan T20 captain Mohammad Nabi is now available for auction. The 37-year-old has only played 17 games, scoring 180 runs and taking 13 wickets. Nabi enters the auction following a poor Twenty20 World Cup in Australia.
David Wiese – 37
David Wiese received his first IPL contract with Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2015 after playing for South Africa. Wiese faded for almost five years after scoring 127 runs and taking 16 wickets in 15 IPL matches. He returned as Namibia’s T20 World Cup leader in 2021 and 2022. He played 15 IPL matches over two seasons. The 37-year-old bowler, batsman, and all-rounder is Namibia’s finest all-rounder with excellent bowling, and middle-order smashes.
Rilee Rossouw – 36
Rilee Rossouw returned to South Africa’s T20 team in 2022. Rossouw had been away for six years. Rossouw played five IPL matches for RCB in 2014 and 2015. The 36-year-old batsman scored his maiden T20 century in South Africa against India. His next Twenty20 World Cup innings came against Bangladesh. Rossouw has scored 6,800 runs in Twenty20 with a strike rate of 143. At the IPL 2023 auction, he wants 2 crore rupees.
Shakib Al Hasan – 36
Shakib Al Hasan will return to the Indian Premier League after missing 2022. The 36-year-old batsman played with Sunrisers Hyderabad for two seasons before returning to KKK in 2021. Shakib is one of 10 international all-rounders to register 500+ runs and 50+ wickets in the IPL. IPL stats: 793 runs, 63 wickets. Shakib’s base price of INR 1.5 crore makes him the most expensive all-rounder in the IPL mini-auction.
Sikandar Raza – 36
Sikandar Raza has contributed to Zimbabwe’s exceptional 2018 performance. In August 2022, the 36-year-old batsman became the first male batter in a calendar year to score three hundred against Bangladesh and India. Both nations were affected. Raza helped Zimbabwe reach the Super 12s in the Twenty20 World Cup in October. Raza will bid 50 lakh Indian Rupees to become the fourth Zimbabwean to play in the IPL.
