West Indies Preview
West Indies after their loss in the two match test series will aim to win the ODI series. After Nicholas Pooran resigned as ODI captain Shai Hope takes over as West Indies captain. Kacy Carty, Yannic Cariah are the two new players part of the squad.
West Indies are ranked 8th in the World Cup Super League and their qualification depends on how they perform in the series against South Africa. A loss against South Africa will see them once again playing the qualifier tournament alongside Zimbabwe.
Kyle Mayers, Shai Hope, Nicolas Pooran are the key batters for West Indies. Alzarri Joseph and Jason Holder will lead the team’s bowling attack in the series. Rovman Powell will be the team’s vice captain for the ODI series.
