Strengths
The RCB Women’s franchise has bought out some of the best players in the world. The squad is filled with international overseas stars. Sophie Devine, Ellyse Perry, Heather Knight, Dane van Niekerk were former captains of their respective nations. Megan Schutt is one of the best bowlers in T20 internationals.
Smriti Mandhana, Renuka Singh and Richa Ghosh are the three Indian internationals in the squad. The team has a lot of batting depth. Mandhana has over 3000 runs in T20 format. Ellyse Perry has scored over 2000 runs and picked up 50 plus wickets.
RCB Women’s team is the team strongest team and a title contender based on the players in the squad. Perry, Heather Knight are former world champions. Heather Knight guided England to historic ODI World Cup win at Lords in 2017 against India. Perry is a four time T20 World Cup winner. Dane Van Niekerk captained Manchester Originals to the trophy in the first edition of The Hundred tournament.
Weakness
The team other than the 10 international players looks inexperienced and no proper back up options are available in case these international players gets injured. The team perfectly fits with 8 international stars and no proper bowlers are available other than Renuka Singh and Meghan Schutt.
