The Rock and Roman Reigns

The People’s champion Rock is speculated to return at Royal Rumble and build the rivalry between the “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns and ultimately dethrone him as the WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania 39. This magnitude seems inevitable. The Great One has swept over Hollywood because of his WWE career and WrestleMania 39.

Roman Reigns has reached the top of the WWE, and no other superstar compares to him. The Rock is one of the few people in the world that could battle The Tribal Chief without being seen as the underdog.

4 Signs: Rock Will Dethrone Roman Reigns And Win WWE Universal Championship

#4 Wwe Fans are Ready

Since the start of the year, rumors have circulated concerning The Rock’s comeback. The Wrestling Observer says The Great One will be at the Royal Rumble in January.

Recent rumors regarding a returning WWE superstar have disappointed fans. Sasha Banks is yet to return despite whispers and speculation. Time will tell whether The Rock will battle Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.

#3 The Tribal Chief Only Looks Up To A Few WWE Superstars

No one on the roster can match Roman Reigns, who has held the World Heavyweight Championship for approximately 800 days. Roman defended his title against Logan Paul at Crown Jewel. Although the YouTuber did well in his third match, Reigns was too much.

Roman has previously beaten several celebrities who might be future opponents. Reigns and The Rock will have a WrestleMania-only matchup.

WWE can’t plan a bout between Roman and a roster superstar that would generate as much hype as between The People’s Champion and The Head of the Table. He’s the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

#2 It Would Be The Ultimate Responsibility To Transfer

Roman Reigns has participated in multiple WWE “passing the torch” ceremonies. After beating The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33, he said to RAW, “This is my yard now.” After Roman defeated John Cena at WWE No Mercy 2017, Cena, a 16-time World Champion, said the company should develop on Reigns.

John Cena, “The Undertaker,” and “The Rock” are wrestling legends. If Tribal Chief beats all three, Roman Reigns will be included. Defeating The Rock will be Reign’s hardest task.

#1 It’s Too Perfect To Be Real

Reigns is one of the most powerful member of the Anoa’i family and WWE. The Rock may return to teach him a lesson. The People’s Champion may dethrone The Tribal Chief at WrestleMania 39, or he may have to acknowledge him after losing. The match’s result is unknown. In the latter scenario, Roman will be more powerful than ever and retain the crown.

The Bloodline’s tensions have subsided. If The Bloodline remains together, Reigns may be the favorite versus The Rock at WrestleMania 39.
