The NBA finalists of Season 2021-2022 Boston Celtics Sign free agent Free agent Blake Griffin. The veteran has agreed to a one-year, fully guaranteed deal with the Celtics, sources tell ESPN.

Blake Griffin who is 33 years old, gives the Boston Celtics some frontcourt depth, especially with center Robert Williams out several weeks following knee surgery.
Griffin is been considered more of a replacement to injured Danilo Gallinari and Robert Williams. Griffin is a great passer and shoots well from the field. The only issue with Griffin is that he is not a good 3 point shooter.

Blake Griffin was on the Brooklyn Nets roster for the last two seasons and was underutilized by coach Steve Nash.
The addition of Griffin further strengthens the bench strength and defensive end. One thing you can say about Griffin at this point in his career: he’s great for the fans. Because when he’s on defense you’re definitely going to see some scoring.
