NBA All-Star game Format
The format of the All-Star match has not changed from the previous time. The top voters among fans, journalists, and players from each conference will serve as team captains. Each captain chooses first the players of the starting five, and then the substitutes. The captain can choose a player for his team from any conference.
NBA All-Star game Coaches
The coaches at the NBA All-Star game are those coaches whose teams have the highest winning percentage in each conference, based on statistics as of February 5, 2023.
However, the NBA rule states that a coach who already coached an all-star team last year cannot be selected this year, even if his team has the best winning percentage in their conference. Therefore, Eric Spoelstra and Monty Williams could not be selected.

Top players who could win All-Star Game MVP

Luka Doncic has been phenomenal all season. Before the arrival of Kyrie Irving, Doncic single-handedly carried the Dallas Mavericks and had amazing performances Arriving at the All-Star Game, he was able to show everyone why he named Luka “Magic” in the first place. It will be interesting to see how the Slovenian superstar will show off his strange moves.

He has competed in many MVP races in his career but has yet to win If he can’t be MVP in the league, maybe he can be MVP in the All-Star Game. Embiid is having the best season of his career and could bounce back and win the All-Star Weekend MVP title.
3. Giannis Antetokounmpo
The “Greek freak” is no stranger to winning gold. He is already an NBA champion, Finals MVP, two-time league MVP and All-Star MVP in 2021.
