John Campbell, the West Indian cricketer has been banned from cricket for violating doping laws.

Campbell has represented the West Indies team in 20 Tests, 6 ODIs and 2 T20Is, he has managed to score 888 runs in Tests, 248 runs in ODIs and 11 runs in T20Is.
JADCO accused him of refusing to provide a blood sample at his home in Kingston in April.
We have seen most players abide by the laws of the game and display tremendous sportsmanship spirit while competing.

On the other hand, there are a few players who choose not to abide by the rules and get involved in unethical means of making money or having an advantage in the game.
Some players were involved in match-fixing and spot-fixing agitations, while others who made the headlines for the wrong reasons.

John Campbell, the left-handed opening batsman has been suspended from playing any domestic or international cricket for four years, the ban on Campbell has been given by Jamaica’s anti-doping commission. He won’t be able to play outside the country as well or participate in any of the T20 leagues.
The left-hander recently opened the batting for West Indies against Bangladesh this year. He has slammed three half-centuries in Tests, one century in One-Day Internationals.
His future in cricket will mostly be ruined because of this ban as 4 years away from cricket is a very long time in any professional cricketer’s career.
