The Morocco National Football Team is nicknamed the Atlas Lions. It’s controlled by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation. Their FIFA code is MAR. They have participated in the FIFA World Cup six times. In 1986, they were the first African national team to finish top of a group at the World Cup.
Morocco Team have been top in FIFA World Rankings for three consecutive years among the African Nations, from 1997 to 1999. And at present they are ranked as the 22nd best national team in the world.

Eight of the final group matches will be held at 8.30 p.m. The round of 16and quarterfinals will be played at 8.30 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. Both semifinals will be played at 12.30 a.m. on December 14 and 15. The third-place playoff is at 8.30 p.m. on December 17. The FIFA World Cup final will be played on December 18 at 8.30 p.m.
