Argentina Point Guard and former Denver Nuggets player Facundo Campazzo agrees to a one year contract with Dallas Mavericks.

On Tuesday, the Dallas Mavericks had talks with Point Guard Facundo Campazzo who is an free agent. On Wednesday the official news was out that Campazzo signed a one year deal with the Mavericks.
Campazzo is likely to be part of the Jason Kidd’s major rotation. Finally Facundo Campazzo gets one more run in the NBA and he is expected to arrive in Texas soon.
Facundo Campazzo played for Denver Nuggets alongside Nikola Jokic in his 2 two NBA seasons. He is averaging 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists coming off the bench.

The 31 year old Argentinian is a highly skillful ball handler, passer and three point shooter. Campazzo has been playing Euro League before entering the NBA.
“Campazzo will play once more alongside Luka Doncic, who was his teammate at Real Madrid. The two of them played together during 2017-18 when the Blancos won the EuroLeague and ACB championship titles.”
The Campazzo’s might be a concern for the Mavs heading into the season. In the 130 games that he played in the NBA. He’s shot just 37.2 percent from the field, including 32.8 percent from deep.
He is a great backup at Point Guard position for Dallas as he can make plays and passes.
Dallas Waives of 4 players after Signing Facundo Campazzo
Dallas entered the training camp with 20 players and the roster is now reduced to 16 as they waive of four players from their roster.
